April 2012
Dear Brother
Knights,
A special thanks
to Dr. Max Plata and his crew for all the great meals he
has prepared for Lent. Our menus will go back to our meals
with meat beginning in April 2012.
April 6 - Good
Friday, no meal
April 13 - Grilled Pork Chops
April 20 - Steak & Shrimp
April 27 - Chicken Fried Steak
Our awards for

We will not have
breakfast this month as it falls on Easter Sunday.
Remember our
Easter egg hunt on April 7th from 10am to 2pm. Bring the
kids and grandkids for a great time.
We are in the
process of planning our Springfest which will be on May
12th. Please consider helping and bring your ideas to our
meetings.
